Hi, I'm Karla!

Born in Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in Detroit, Michigan, I’m the Founder & Visionary behind Earthy Krave. As a Latina, holistic nutrition coach, wife, and mom, my family and my health journey are at the heart of everything I do.

I’m passionate about helping women and families reclaim their health and build generational wellness through real, nourishing foods, functional beverages, and intentional living. I love putting a healthy, flavorful twist on recipes, exploring holistic practices, and creating tools and experiences that make wellness approachable and joyful.

Through my work, I aim to inspire mindful choices, preventative health, and a deeper connection to your body, mind, and soul so you can live fully, authentically, and with purpose.
